Langhe and Piedmont offer some of the best wines of Italy, renown all over the world. This itinerary will be leaded by a professional and wine expert tour escort or journalist and will allow visitors to discover the wonderful landscapes of this area, some of the nicest castles and of course the best cellars and restaurants. Tour will start with an interesting workshop about Piedmont wines and tasting techniques, in order to better understand why this area is so special and to get the most of the visits: Barolo, Barbaresco and Roero will become familiar. Guests will be guided to taste and enjoy the wines and the typical products offered by the land and explained about the process of wine making and the peculiarities of each wine. There will be time for a cooking lesson held by one of the chef  of the restaurants we will visit and dine in and an exciting truffle hunt held by a “trifulau” man and his special dog.  It is not possible to understand Langhe and Piedmont if you don’t visit their churches, squares and wine museums, discovering the arts and handicraft which tell us a lot about the history and the spirit of this hard working people.

At the end of the tour guests will receive a participation certificate and a delicious gourmet gift, souvenir of this Italian experience.
