In the area of the Bologna Trade Fair, the Al Cambio restaurant is the ideal place for a dinner to discover Emilia Romagna’s typical dishes, reinterpreted by chef Massimiliano Poggi. It is a trendy restaurant, appreciated for its chef’s passion for research and experimentation. Seasonal menus offer dishes of fish or meat, plus the traditional, ever present “tortellini” and “lasagne”, tipical home-made pasta from this area in the centre-north of Italy.

Minimal lines and warm colours in design furniture characterise the restaurant’s interior. Service is accurate. The wine list offers a good selection of national and international labels. Bill: € 50, via Stalingrado, 10 - Bologna, tel. 051.328118 www.ristorantealcambio.it
