The winter edition of the Copenhagen Cooking will be held on February 1^st to 29^th inside Wondercool Festival, the month of Danish culture dedicated to fashion, design, art, architecture, rock and jazz joined with good local food and more. The protagonist will be the Nordic cuisine, and especially sea products with caviar safari riding a bike, mussels and Wednesday at midnight poetry and gastronomy. Ten different restaurants will offer their original dishes and specialties all in one location, the Admiral Hotel.
