Let's taste Nordic cuisine and sea products in Copenhagen

The winter edition of the Copenhagen Cooking will be held on February 1st to 29th inside Wondercool Festival, the month of Danish culture dedicated to fashion, design, art, architecture, rock and jazz joined with good local food and more. The protagonist will be the Nordic cuisine, and especially sea products with caviar safari riding a bike, mussels and Wednesday at midnight poetry and gastronomy. Ten different restaurants will offer their original dishes and specialties all in one location, the Admiral Hotel. These are just some of the proposals in the program of the most important gastronomic event in Scandinavia. And also there will be strangeness, like the typical Chinese lunch at the beginning of the New Year with its seven-course, the delicious creations of the winner of the Dessert of the Year 2011, Nikolaos Strangas, and more.
