Epic Wine Dinner in San Francisco with Marchesi di Gresy
Wednesday, 11 January 2012

Marchesi di Gresy’s immortal Camp Gros and Gaiun Barbarescos, from 1982 to 2005, will be featured in San Francisco (California) Wednesday night, January 25th, in an Epic Wine Dinner at Acquerello Restaurant (1722 Sacramento Street). It will be a very interesting occasion for tasting the wines of one of the best Italian producers. Here is the planned line-up of 17 wines: Produttori di Barbaresco Martinenga Riserva 1967, Ceretto Barbaresco Martinenga 1971, Marchesi di Gresy Barbaresco Martinenga 1978 & 1988, Marchesi di Gresy Barbaresco Martinenga Maggiore 1989, Marchesi di Gresy Barbaresco Camp Gros 1982 1985 1986 1989 1996 2005, Marchesi di Gresy Barbaresco Gaiun 1982 1985 1986 1989 1996 2005. The wines will be accompanied by a four-course menu created by Acquerello’s acclaimed chef, Suzette Gresham-Tognetti. For reservations, call The Rare Wine Co. at (800) 999-4342, This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
