| Tuesday, 10 May 2011 |
| A brewery, a pub and a restaurant in an previous churh: you can find them at Haarlem (Netherlands), in the Jacobskerk. Last November Jopen brewery was inaugurated: it’s the first one located in the building of a church. Here customers can taste the typical dishes in a factory that produces beer. The feature of Jopen is the range of specialty beers, very authentic and characteristic ones. They are obtained by mixing barley, oats and wheat: bottled unfiltered, they maintain a natural turbidity for a full and unique taste. Info www.jopen.nl |
