| Menu Ledro-Dining with herbs of spring is the event scheduled for the weekend since 13 to15 and since 27 to 29 of May in Valle di Ledro (Trentino Alto Adige), in north of Italy. Seven restaurants of the valley propose special dishes prepared with seasonal flowers and herbs: creative cuisine and traditional quality food, re-visited with original aromas and flavors of spring. And all matched with wines from Trentino. During the event is possible to take photos of the favorite dish and post it on the facebook, with a personal opinion. The top rated photos win a nice gift.
